Mandalai Hotel, a fabulous boutique hotel newly opened summer 2007. It is the first exclusive boutique hotel on Phangan Island located in the heart of Chaloklum Bay, where is a sleepy fisherman's village on the less crowded north side of Phangan Island. The Mandalai Hotel consists of twelve superbly appointed rooms and suites located around our central white terrazzo swimming pool. Ten suites are all inclusive of their own private Jacuzzi hot tubs and are spacious with all amenities that one would expect of a boutique property. All rooms and suites come with fine bed linen, 29 flat-screen TVs with DVD players and endless DVD options to borrow from the front desk, a well stocked mini-bar, in-room safes, IDD telephone, modern bathroom fixtures, private in-room dining, spa and massage treatments, and other accoutrements. Wireless Internet is also available through out the property.

Dining at the Hotel is a Gastronomic treat at the adjoining Sheesha Bar & Restaurant--a lounge that overlooks the bay. A minimalist bar and restaurant offer a range of both Asian and Western cuisines in a relaxed environment. Dinners can choose either indoor dinning or alternatively take in views from the beach terrace area. Either way this is Al Fresco dining the way it should be.

The Mandalai Hotel offers a unique experience with unique facilities.
