The experience Srilanta is to bask in the true nature of Lanta Island. All inspiration comes from the powering sand, the beauty of the sea and the tranquility of the ground and the mountains. Sri Lanta is set amidst 12 acres of landscaped hillside by the Andaman Sea, Thailand, in the charming village of Baan Klognin, the most southern district of Krabi province.
Lanta Island was once known as Pulau Satak in Malay language, which means long-beach island. Later on, many Thais, both Muslim and Buddhist came to live on the island and to some it seemed to be a million islands, which made people think that "Lanta" means "too many to judge by the eye" in Thai. As part of the rich diversity of Thailand's exquisite south, Koh Lanta is one of the many impressively scenic islands the Andaman Sea is dotted with. The island is a district of Krabi Province and located approximately 70 km south of Krabi Town, the province's center. Koh Lanta is actually made of two islands; Koh Lanta Noi and Koh Lanta Yai.
Koh Lanta Noi is the smaller of the two islands and doesn't have tourist facilities. Koh Lanta Yai is approximately 32 km long by 6 km wide; it has a wonderful assortment of exciting, unspoiled and exotic locations and great beaches. SriLanta is situated on the west coast of Koh Lanta, on Klongnin Beach, a location offering unforgettable sunsets.

SriLanta comprises 48 one-room, thatched villas, built on a hillside overlooking the communal resort facilities at the beachfront. There 3 types of villas: Cottage, 24 standard villas with garden/mountain view; Veranda, 21 villas with balcony, providing garden/mountain view; Star Path, 3 villas with veranda, on which there is a gazebo and bathtub, providing seaview. Villas include air-conditioning, warm/cold water shower, refrigerator, telephone, twin or double beds with futon and partialy open air bathrooms.

SriSpa Awakening the senses through a healing touch and aromatic oils is the theme of the resort's SriSpa. Combining spiritual Thai healing traditions with natural therapies from the sea and the earth, treatments at the SriSpa include various massage techniques, body scrubs, body wraps, facials and aromatic herbal steam, for a total experience of blissful relaxation and rejuvenation.
Restaurant and Bar For an eclectic selection of traditional Thai and international culinary favorites SriLanta’s guests can head along to the uniquely designed Surya Chandra Restaurant. Build almost completely from wood, the restaurant, named after the Hindu Gods of the Sun and the Moon, is exceptional in architecture: entire trees form the structure that supports the roof 13 meters overhead. Surya Chandra Restaurant has 60 indoor and 40 outdoor seats. The Chedi Beach Bar is the resort's nighttime chill-out bar.
