Yoga Balance
After practicing yoga for a while, you will experience a sense of emotional, physical and mental calm. Yoga is the physical version of mediation. You use your body to effect changes in your mind and body. AAR Spa is a quiet oasis, and uniquely set by the water with its resulting, restful, effects.

Yoga will tone your muscles. In addition it tones your internal organs as well, as certain positions places pressure on them or releases them and their surrounding areas. The beneficial effects are several; it will keep your joints supple and your spine healthy, supportive and strong.

There is nothing quick about the yoga classes which we, at AAR Spa, offer. Getting your body ready for some of the positions first requires a short series of gentle stretches, holding and concentration.. We will supply you with comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.

Healthy, yet deliciously prepared cuisine by our own, caring, culinary team.
