Welcome to Villa Lipanaa
If you are looking for the ultimate in privacy and luxury on Koh Tao Island then the answer is Villa Lipanaa.

Lipanaa is Thai for a comfortable and tranquil space. Villa Lipanaa is just that: a fully serviced villa located in an old coconut plantation near Ko Tao's Sairee Beach, surrounded by green clad mountains and blue skies. Within easy walking distance from beautiful Sairee Beach and just 2-3 minutes walking to shopping and restaurants, Villa Lipanaa offers excellent value for money.

Villa Lipanaa is nestled in a mature tropical walled garden surrounded by lush vegetation and and is a perfect choice for a group of friends or a family with it's two airconditioned bedrooms, private pool with a large pool terrace with sunbeds and dining area. The villa also features a well appointed living room and kitchen.

Daily maid service is provided. Furthermore toiletries, towels (including beach towels) etc. is all provided and inclusive in our rates. Our staff will check in with guests during the day to check everything is in order and all meals can be arranged if required.

Our previous guests have all been thoroughly delighted by the villa's facilities, privacy and beauty and all of them have said that this website does not do the villa justice.

Please keep in mind that Villa Lipanaa is not a resort - there is only one private serviced villa. Our concept is different and may not appeal to travelers who wish to stay at a typical resort. Therefore, with our limited availability, we kindly request that you do not consider staying with us if that is what you are after.

My partner and I have just had the pleasure of staying in Lipanaa villa from the 21 to the 27th July. From the moment we stepped off the boat in Koh Tao, we were looked after carefully by San who was very helpful, took us to the villa and explained everything we needed to know. Throughout are stay breakfast was provided on time and cleaning of the villa was completed and done to a very high standard. Which in all made are stay in Koh Tao more than perfect.

I would just like a huge thank you and I will be recommending the villa to others and we will be returning to stay in the villa again.
